Vetera.pro
A platform that connects SMBs with senior professionals who have already solved their exact business challenge — no CVs, no interviews from scratch, no fixed costs.
A Decision Tool, Not a Job Board
Vetera.pro is not a recruitment portal, a talent directory, or a generic marketplace. It is a precision instrument for executive decision-making: problem → profiles → comparison → unlock → contact.
The centre of the product is the mentor's profile. The credibility unit is the PAR case (Problem-Action-Result) — a structured description of a real situation the expert has already lived through, the action they took, and the measurable result they achieved. Contact details are unlocked only after a company sees enough evidence to decide it is worth a conversation.
Vetera Pro S.L. is based in Madrid, Spain. The platform is available in Spanish and English.
Two Sides That Need Each Other But Rarely Meet Well
For SMBs
Small and medium businesses often face specific, high-stakes challenges — stagnant sales, operational chaos, a hiring misfire, an international expansion that is stalling. The market's answer is expensive consultants, generic job postings, or hoping someone in their network knows the right person. None of these are surgical.
For Senior Professionals (50+)
Professionals with 20 to 35 years of experience have solved dozens of real problems. But the job market filters them out by graduation date, and generic platforms reduce them to a list of job titles. Their value — the specific situations they have navigated and the results they delivered — is invisible.
Evidence First. Identity Second. Contact Third.
Vetera structures the matching process around demonstrable achievement, not biographical data. A company describes its challenge in plain language. Our AI matches that description against a curated pool of senior expert profiles using the PAR method. The company sees 3 to 6 relevant profiles — anonymised to protect the expert's identity — before deciding to pay for direct contact.
This means companies are paying for the right to start a strategic conversation with someone who has already proven relevance, not paying to sift through a hundred irrelevant CVs.
The unlock price is 55 EUR per profile. If the expert does not respond within 48–72 hours, a Vetera credit of equal value is issued automatically — no need to claim it.
The PAR Method — Problem, Action, Result
The PAR method is the credibility backbone of every expert profile on Vetera. Instead of listing job titles and responsibilities, each expert documents 2 to 3 real situations using a structured three-part format:
Problem
The specific business challenge or constraint the expert faced — described in concrete, recognisable terms. Not "I managed a team" but "Sales had been flat for 18 months and the top three clients were threatening to leave."
Action
The specific decisions and interventions the expert made. The leverage they applied, the approach they chose, what they changed, and why. This is where the expert's judgment and method become visible.
Result
The measurable outcome achieved: revenue recovered, time saved, team rebuilt, market entered. Results ground the PAR case in reality and make the value visible to a company evaluating whether this expert fits their need.
The PAR method is also used by Vetera's AI matching engine to compare a company's described problem against the documented cases in expert profiles — surfacing the profiles where the overlap is strongest, not the ones with the most impressive titles.
Two Audiences, One Platform
Companies — SMBs with Specific Challenges
Vetera is built for CEOs, directors, and decision-makers at small and medium businesses who are facing a challenge that requires outside expertise. The platform is designed for people who know what is hurting but not necessarily who can fix it. The onboarding is conversational — a company describes its problem in natural language, without needing to know the right job title to search for.
Typical use cases include:
- Sales blocked or declining — need someone who has unblocked revenue in a similar context
- Operational breakdowns — need someone who has redesigned a process under similar constraints
- Team or leadership issues — need someone who has built or restructured teams of similar size
- International or market expansion — need someone who has done it in the same geography or sector
- Technology adoption — need someone who has led a comparable digital transformation
Senior Professionals — Mentors and Fractional Executives
Vetera serves professionals with 20 or more years of meaningful work experience — typically 50 years of age or older — who want to offer their expertise to companies without the constraints of a traditional employment model. They can engage as mentors, as project-based consultants, as interim managers taking operational responsibility for a defined period, or as strategic advisors.
Vetera's onboarding assistant helps each expert translate their career into a structured, PAR-based profile that makes their value legible to companies — not as a candidate, but as a solution.
Four Modes of Expert Involvement
Experts on Vetera can offer their involvement in four formats, which they define in their profile so companies can filter by what they need:
Mentoring
The expert guides an owner, director, or junior team through a challenge, sharing judgment, frameworks, and pattern recognition from their own experience. Typically done in periodic sessions, not full-time involvement.
Project-based Consulting
The expert enters the company to solve a specific, defined problem — typically 10 days to 2 months. They arrive, diagnose, intervene, and leave with a deliverable or a clear outcome.
Interim Management
The expert takes operational command of a critical business area — a department, a market entry, a turnaround — for a defined period, with real decision-making authority. This is not advisory; it is executive.
Flash Consulting
Concentrated 60–90 minute sessions to resolve specific doubts, validate a decision, or stress-test a plan with someone who has relevant experience.
Response or Vetera Credit
When a company unlocks a profile, the expert is notified immediately and has 48 to 72 hours to respond. If the expert does not respond or declines due to unavailability, Vetera automatically issues a credit of equal value (55 EUR) to the company's account.
This credit can be used to unlock the next profile without additional payment. It appears in the company's dashboard and changes the call-to-action on the unlock button to "Use 1 Vetera Credit."
This guarantee exists because Vetera's value to a company is access to a strategic conversation — and if that conversation does not happen, the company should not pay for it.
Expert Identity Is Protected Until a Company Pays
Before a company unlocks a profile, the expert is shown only with a partial name (e.g. "Carlos M."), their functional specialty, and their PAR cases. Employers, exact company names, full LinkedIn URLs, phone numbers, and photographs are not visible.
After a company pays 55 EUR to unlock a profile, the expert's full identity and all contact details are revealed. The expert has also given explicit consent at registration for this disclosure.
All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Experts and companies can request full deletion of their account and data at any time.
