These Terms shall apply independently of any General Terms and Conditions of Contracting applicable to companies, or any specific Terms of Use for Senior Professionals, which may also be binding upon registration on the platform.

3. Use of the Portal

vetera.pro provides access to corporate information, content, functionalities and services related to the Vetera platform (hereinafter, the "Content") made available on the Internet by Grovegear Consulting S.L. or its licensors, which the USER may access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be required in order to access certain services or content.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Grovegear Consulting S.L., either directly or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights over its website, as well as over the elements contained therein, including, by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, and any other protected elements.

All rights are reserved. Any use not previously authorised by Grovegear Consulting S.L. shall be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Grovegear Consulting S.L. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the Content, lack of availability of the Portal, or the transmission of viruses, malware or harmful programs through the Content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent such situations.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Grovegear Consulting S.L. and the USER shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

For the resolution of any disputes or matters related to this website or the activities carried out through it, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
