Terms of Use of the Platform for Senior Professionals

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the vetera.pro platform (hereinafter, "Vetera") by professionals who register their expert profile on the website (hereinafter, the "Senior User"), owned by Grovegear Consulting S.L. (hereinafter, the "Company").

1. Purpose and Nature of the Service

The purpose of Vetera is to give visibility to senior talent and to help companies with specific business challenges identify professionals with relevant experience.

The service provided to the Senior User consists of the creation, hosting and display of their professional profile — initially in anonymised form — in order to enable direct connection with potential companies that may need their experience.

2. Free Nature of the Service

Registration, profile creation and profile maintenance on Vetera are completely free of charge for the Senior User.

Vetera will not charge the Senior User any fee, commission or percentage on any fees or salaries that the Senior User may subsequently agree directly with companies.

The Company reserves the right to launch additional paid services — Premium services — in the future, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Accuracy of Information and "PAR" Cases

The Senior User undertakes to ensure that all information provided in their profile — including experience, achievements, professional background, links and PAR cases, meaning Problem, Action and Result — is truthful, accurate, up to date and verifiable.

The Senior User shall be solely responsible for any claim, damage or loss — including possible claims from purchasing companies — arising from the falsehood, inaccuracy or omission of any information entered in their profile, fully releasing Grovegear Consulting S.L. from any liability in this regard.

4. Functioning of the Model and Disclosure of Data

The Senior User expressly understands and accepts Vetera's operating model:

  • Their profile will initially be shown to companies in anonymised form, displaying information such as their specialty, PAR cases and indicative availability, but not their direct contact details or surnames. The same anonymised profile may also be shown to companies through plugins for third-party AI assistants, such as the Vetera Experts plugin for ChatGPT, with the same limits: never their name, surnames, contact details, exact employers or photo.
  • In accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Senior User expressly authorises Vetera to disclose and provide their direct contact details — full name, email, telephone number and/or LinkedIn profile — to any registered company that pays the profile unlocking fee established by the platform.
  • The information provided by the Senior User, including their CV, is processed with artificial intelligence, and the competency metrics shown on their profile are generated by AI, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Vetera acts exclusively as a technological connection platform. Accordingly, the Senior User accepts that:

  • Vetera does not guarantee that any company will become interested in, unlock or pay for their profile.
  • Vetera does not guarantee the achievement of interviews, calls, job offers, commercial contracts or subsequent professional collaborations.
  • Any negotiations and conditions of any subsequent professional relationship shall be agreed exclusively between the Senior User and the company, with Vetera remaining a completely unrelated third party to such relationship.

6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

All intellectual property rights over the platform, design, software, trademarks and structure belong to Grovegear Consulting S.L.

The Senior User is expressly prohibited from:

  • Using automated mechanisms, software or scripts — including bots or scrapers — to extract information from the platform.
  • Impersonating another person or registering profiles on behalf of third parties without express authorisation.
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.

7. Modification, Pause and Deletion of the Profile

The Senior User retains control over their profile and may modify their data, pause the visibility of their account or request the permanent deletion of their profile from the platform at any time through the options available in their user dashboard or by writing to info@vetera.pro.

In the event of account deletion, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests shall not affect contact details that had already been lawfully unlocked by companies prior to the deletion date.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute relating to the use of the platform, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
